FAQs

Does ranchero sauce have gluten?

No. Fiery and flavorful, rancheros sauce is a delectable addition to traditional Mexican recipes. The sauce is made with sun-ripe tomatoes, chilies and garlic with seasoning and other ingredients included occasionally. The sauce essentially does not contain any gluten because all of the ingredients are gluten-free.

What is ranchero sauce made of?

Traditional rancheros sauce consists of spices, seasoning and sun-ripened tomatoes. At Gran Luchito, we present the perfect blend of roasted garlic and smoky Morita chillies to ensure a special, smoky flavor. The sauce is perfect as a dip as well as a cooking essential when you are making Mexican dinners and steaks.

What is the difference between enchilada sauce and ranchero sauce?

Vibrant, earthy ingredients and deep flavors make both the sauces unique and extremely delightful. However, the key difference between the two is tomatoes. In case of enchilada sauce, the tomato flavor is very less pronounced as it is heavy on the chili powder. On the other hand, rancheros sauce is infused with a strong tomato flavor, well balanced with Mexican spices like sautéed garlic and onions.
